We are looking for a Programme Officer to join our small team in Geneva. This is a desk‑based role focused on reading, reviewing, and improving reports from our members across Europe. You will help ensure that information is clear, accurate, and well structured. This is not a field role. There is no project implementation or travel to project sites.

What you will do

• Read and review reports submitted by members
• Improve and rewrite content to make it clear and consistent
• Check data for accuracy and completeness
• Provide feedback to members on how to improve their reports
• Maintain and update programme data and systems
• Prepare summaries and simple analyses of programme results
• Support communication (emails, documents, translations)
• Help organise webinars, annual meeting and programme-related activities
