Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the integrated programme plan across Control Tower, EUC and Collaboration workstreams.
• Run delivery cadence - daily syncs, weekly status, monthly governance - and maintain RAID with active escalation.
• Track financials and resource burn against the LoE surface variances early with options.
• Drive cross-workstream dependencies and critical path own gate reviews (G1 Design, G2 Pilot Exit, G3 Programme Close).
• Partner with the PMO resource to maintain status dashboards, financials and stakeholder reporting.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and access for the company and partner resources.

Required skills:

• Minimum 5 years as Programme Manager / Senior Delivery Manager on multi-workstream IT transformations.
