Job Description
What the role is:
The Programme Lead of the Sector Future Technology Division will drive the MSF’s future technology roadmap for the Singapore Social Service & Early Childhood sectors. You will be responsible for scanning the horizon for emerging technologies and translating them into tangible solutions that enhance the lives of beneficiaries, empower social service professionals, and modernise sector infrastructure. You will report to the Director/Sector Future Technology Division under the Strategy, International and Research group.
What you will be working on:- Technology Horizon Scanning & Strategy
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies in one or more of the following three pillars, ensuring strong linkage to problem statements and value:
- Client-Centred Tech: e.g., VR for elderly cognitive therapy, AI-driven mental health bots, or Assistive Tech for PWDs.
