Responsibilities
- Design, strategize, and implement a dynamic calendar of daily, weekly, and monthly activities and social outings tailored to resident's interests and needs.
- Oversee all operational logistics for seamless programme delivery, including venue setup, material preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Collaborate with external trainers, volunteers, and community partners to deliver specialized wellness sessions and workshops.
- Continuously evaluate programme effectiveness through surveys and feedback to ensure high quality and positive impact.
- Proactively recruit senior members and maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records.
- Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and community partners to foster a supportive environment.
