About the role

We are offering a part time position working 9 hours per week within the Universal Offer - Hillingdon Youth Offer. Our offer runs throughout the year and across the whole of the borough of Hillingdon. Work pattern includes evening shifts, afternoon shifts, weekend shifts, and occasional residential work. The salary advertised will be pro‑rated.

The Universal team works with children and young people to deliver high quality, consistent youth work through locality based, detached, outreach and specialist and accredited programmes across the borough in collaboration with the statutory, community and voluntary sector. Our work is responsive to need, supports aspiration and is offered in safe spaces and places. Our work delivers opportunities that promote personal and social development, encourage children and young people to make informed choices and respect and value difference.
