Job Description
Background:
The Programme Associate is assigned to the Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) Programme within the OSCE Mission to Moldova. The incumbent will contribute to programme development and implementation through project co-ordination, financial and administrative support, liaison with implementing partners, preparation of reports and briefing materials, and maintenance of programme documentation.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Programme Manager (S3) and overall supervision of the Deputy Head of Mission the Programme Associate will perform the following functions:
Assisting in identifying, developing, co-ordinating and monitoring programme and project activities, including supporting the preparation of project proposals, work plans, budgets and implementation strategies within the CPR Programme area;
