Posting Summary
Provide administrative and programmatic support to the P20 COBRE Grant ( TGIR ) within the Department of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics ( MMG ). Coordinate and execute weekly seminars as well as several large infectious disease research-related symposiums or program meetings. Provide administrative support to TGIR faculty and staff including copying, scanning, preparing documents, scheduling meetings and spaces. Maintain program-wide scientific and programmatic documents, templates, and ordering supplies. Interface with internal and external vendors. Maintain databases in support of faculty research and attend regular project meetings. Prepare and disseminate minutes. Maintain electronic document storage.
