The Program Specialist I, under general supervision, supports a fire department capacity building program by serving as the primary point of contact for program participants and providing technical and financial assistance. Responsibilities include processing applications, purchase orders, reimbursements and payment vouchers for accuracy, eligibility and compliance with policies and procedures.
