The Program Planner C provides technical expertise and advisory services to the Building Operations Division. Working closely with the Alterations and Improvements team, the incumbent is responsible for preparing specifications and drawings, reviewing design submissions, and providing guidance on project estimates and schedules. The role includes investigating building-related issues and recommending effective solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, standards, regulations, and departmental policies. This position also supports the development and ongoing maintenance of the Department’s Asset Management Program.
