Scope




The Program Officer is responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of schedules, course plans, and academic calendars within Rabat Business School.







Main Missions





  • Design schedules in collaboration with pedagogical managers.

  • Take into account constraints related to rooms, professors, student groups, and material resources.

  • Ensure an equitable distribution of courses among teachers.

  • Manage requests for schedule changes and resolve potential conflicts.

  • Participate in optimizing the use of classrooms and material resources.

  • Propose improvements to maximize planning efficiency.

  • React quickly to unforeseen changes in planning and implement appropriate adjustments.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively.
