Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Worldwide Grocery Stores Strategy and Business Planning team. The Strategy and Business Planning team partners with Worldwide Grocery Stores leadership and teams across Amazon to support long-term growth of the grocery business. The team is responsible for the development of strategy, core planning functions (3YP/OP1/OP2/Goals), ongoing roadmap management, and various business operations responsibilities.

Reporting to the head of Strategic Business Planning, the Program Manager will be responsible for supporting a small team that works cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to (1) collect and analyze data for key growth initiatives, (2) optimize and support key mechanisms in our business operational processes (annual planning, business reviews, etc.), (3) help maintain programs and frameworks to measure our progress toward goals and initiatives, (4) manage goals across the organization, and (5) c...
