Summary This vacancy is for a GS-0340-14, Program Manager located in the Surface Acquisition Programs Directorate (CG SEA-A) at Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington D.C. and the Surface Engineering Programs Directorate (CG-SEA-E) at Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities You will serve as a Program Manager and responsible for overseeing the development, production, testing, and delivery of the high-capacity Floating Drydock for Coast Guard Yard. Secondarily, as Program Manager you are responsible for serving as the Coast Guard Yard Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Plan (SIOP) liaison, the link between CG Yard operations and PEO-SHORE-A in supporting the planning and execution of Coast Guard Yard's Shipyard lnfrastructure Optimization Plan (SIOP).
