ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Facilitates initiatives across the hospital that promote operational excellence and business growth.
+ The Program Manager's primary responsibility will be to manage the deployment of the hospital operating system by developing strategy A3, KPIs, project-plan, visualization and huddles for areas the position is actively involved in.
+ The candidate will display leadership and sound organizational and analytical skills, while working collaboratively with operational and clinical leaders to improve operational performance as well as managing initiatives that facilitate business growth.
