How you will contribute as part of the TRCA team

Working with key colleagues within the Communications Marketing and Events team, such as designers, web coordinators and communications specialists, you will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel communications and marketing production projects, including print, digital, and web content, across multiple stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities

Leads and manages end-to-end production workflows for communications and marketing materials, from intake through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standardsActs as the primary liaison between designers, TRCA business units, printers, and external production vendors to coordinate the development of print and digital materials, including signage, publications, campaign assets, and event collateralDevelops and manages detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensurin...
