Summary:
The Program Manager, Talent & Engagement will assist with and manage key business initiatives that will include prioritization and alignment of business needs, resource scheduling, communication to associates and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple high-level projects from start to finish. The Program Manager is a key role in shaping the culture and development of the organization.
