AWS Professional Services is looking for a results-driven Program Manager to lead space planning operations for a growing global workforce. In this role, you'll own end-to-end execution — from seating allocation and office moves to process innovation that scales across multiple sites and teams.

You'll partner closely with Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF), Human Resources (HR), and Recruiting to translate business needs into actionable workspace strategies. The right candidate dives deep into data, earns trust across stakeholder groups, and builds repeatable solutions that outlast any single project.

This role is based in Arlington, VA or New York City and requires regular on-site presence.
