Program Manager – Sourcing

About the Role: Brooks is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Sourcing to lead commodity sourcing for the new site in PasirGudang, Johor. The role supports the Strategic & Sourcing Commodity Manager in driving source strategies, supply continuity, cost optimization, and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Localize and manage new product material costs, reporting cost drivers and changes.
• Partner with Engineering, Commodity Managers, and Suppliers to develop an optimal materials plan aligned with supply base optimization and the lowest total acquisition cost.
• Coordinate with NPI/Project transfer team to align localization rationalization with production ramp & revenue plan, ensuring accurate ERP releases and Agility (BOM) planning.
