Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Program Manager to join our team for a 6-month contract in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in program management within the software and/or technology industry, with a focus on Customer Experience across web, voice, and messaging/chat platforms.
