Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Program Manager to support the Ads Sales team and brand advertising partners by ensuring product catalog content is accurate, complete, and high quality. This role owns issue triage, escalation, and resolution across catalog-related inquiries and requires strong judgment, efficiency, and confidence working cross-functionally.


Responsibilities

+ Triage and manage catalog-related inquiries and Jira tickets, ensuring complete information, proper routing, and timely follow-up

+ Identify when issues require escalation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution within SLAs

+ Communicate clearly with sales and partner-facing stakeholders, translating technical details into actionable guidance

+ Use runbooks and documented workflows; flag gaps or unclear processes rather than improvising
