Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will own a portfolio of operational programs including payee onboarding, subrights payment quality assurance, author and rights holder support, team performance metrics, and partner team process monitoring. This role requires an understanding of current and future technologies required to deliver the end-to-end process, including contracts, payee setup, payment troubleshooting, customer-facing payment resolutions, and metrics collection and reporting.
