**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced **Organizational Safety Program Manager** to support the establishment and implementation of a safety management program targeted to multi-partner fleet operations in the fast-evolving field of autonomous mobility and delivery at Uber. This role requires strong understanding of the core concepts of a safety management system (SMS) as tailored to autonomous vehicle operations both with and without vehicle operators (i.e. rider only or driverless) and knowledge of the relevant industry standards that inform these activities.

In this role, you will support the operationalization of Uber AM&D's safety management program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and AV partner standards, including partner certification expectations.
