As a Program Manager on the Enterprise Partnership Development & Strategy team, you will help shape and scale high-impact partnerships across Delta’s Marketing & Product organization. This role is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and advancing strategic partnerships that drive revenue, enhance the customer experience, and support long-term growth.

You will work across multiple business units to assess opportunities holistically, balancing commercial outcomes with operational feasibility, brand alignment, and customer impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, deal development, and cross-functional execution, and is highly visible to senior leadership.
