Specifically, this contractor will be commissioned to continue the Integrated Platform and Product Operating Model (IPPOM) resulting from Stellarus separation from Cross of California and its transformation into a technology product-centric organization.

• Lead and execute moderately complex initiatives to improve IT services.


• Apply subject matter expertise to design and implement process improvements.


• Provide data-driven recommendations on cost transparency, service performance, and workforce utilization.


• Promote adoption of best practices through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.


• Contribute to strategic planning and business case development.


• Work with cross-functional teams on technical and non-technical matters related to the successful launch of products and solutions.
