Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Manager for the Residential Program – Brandt Retreat within Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care. 

The primary purpose of the Program Manager position is to provide clinical and administrative direction and oversight to assigned programs and closely monitor program integrity to comply with all regulatory requirements. Responsible for ongoing program development and implementation of Best Practice interventions.


Among the key duties of this position are the following:

Provides administrative and clinical direction for program.

Supervises staff as assigned by Clinician Administrator.

Assumes direct care responsibilities for consumer/patients.
