About the Role
We are looking for an experienced

Program Manager (PMO)

to own and drive end-to-end delivery of customer programs. This is a

senior individual contributor role

with complete ownership of a portfolio of projects—from contract receipt to delivery, hypercare, billing, renewals, and repeat business.
You will be the

single point of accountability

for delivery outcomes and client communication, ensuring predictable execution, strong governance, and high customer satisfaction while protecting engineering productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Ownership
Own delivery of projects across

Fixed Bid, T&M, and AMC/Subscription models
Establish and manage baselines for

scope, schedule, effort, milestones, and billing
Track and control risks, dependencies, and variances using PMO-defined metrics
