Program Manager Marketing Cloud with a strong Healthcare domain background to lead large, multi-track digital marketing and customer engagement programs leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Marketing Cloud). The role supports healthcare payer and provider organizations by enabling compliant, data-driven, and personalized member, provider, and broker communications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing platforms, leading transformation programs in payer or provider environments, and coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, compliance, business, technology, and vendor ecosystems.
