About the role

At  Securitas Technology, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale security and technology programs across Belgium.

In this position, you will manage a portfolio of complex projects with budgets exceeding €10M while leading a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Project Leaders, engineers, subcontractors, and operational stakeholders.

You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, financial performance, governance, and people management across multiple programs and technologies.

This role requires a strong leader with extensive project management experience, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive teams, processes, and customer relationships in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
