Eaton’s Mission Systems Division is currently seeking a Program Manager II. This position is based at our Orchard Park, NY plant. The Program Manager II is a key leadership role within Eaton’s Aerospace and Defense business, supporting the development and execution of mission critical programs that power and protect aircraft, spacecraft, and defense platforms around the world. In this role, you will lead medium to high complexity programs from inception through delivery, driving disciplined execution across cost, schedule, quality, and performance commitments. You will collaborate with cross functional teams while serving as a trusted interface to customers in highly regulated aerospace and defense markets.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
