JOB TITLE: Program Manager, External Events

LOCATION: Austin, TX or Miami, FL (Remote/Regional)

PAY RANGE: $68 - $78/hr.

DURATION: 6 Months



TOP 3 SKILLS:

• 8 10 years of experience producing experiential events, including large-scale activations, pop-ups, or branded live experiences with strong execution and measurable impact.


• Proven expertise in end-to-end event production, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site build/strike coordination.


• Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with excellent communication, digital tool fluency (Asana, Slack, G Suite), and a solution-oriented mindset.
