Job Description
**Purpose and Impact:**
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and engineers supporting a client’s performance measurement program.
The Program Manager – Data Analytics will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government, providing overall leadership, direction, and oversight for all contractor personnel. This role ensures the successful execution of program tasks, delivery of high-quality outputs, and expert support across performance management, business analytics, and technical domains.
Additionally, the Program Manager will act as the key liaison to the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR), managing all contract-related matters, including cost, schedule, and overall performance.
**Work Schedule:** M-F, 40 hours/week (Flex time, Comp time, and Extended Work Week (EWW) approved)
