The Role

As Program Manager, Enablement, you will be responsible for managing the ‘air traffic control’ process of landing ‘new news’ and important information with our Commercial teams. You will work closely with the Manager, Enablement and the broader Commercial Operations team to ensure we plan and deploy a co-ordinated and aligned approach to all commercial readiness initiatives. 

This will include a wide range of initiatives such as new Marketing campaigns, relevant consumer insights or big internal change programs. You will also be responsible for the day to day governance and management of our internal Commercial communication channels including our Enablement platform, Slack, email.

Support the Manager, Enablement to embed our GTM strategy such that there is company wide understanding and alignment of how we communicate and embed important information with our Commercial teams
