Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between project teams, account teams, and the client. Maintaining an expertise in all facets of their respective service area, Program Managers work with subject matter experts and the sales team to define execution requirements for project delivery and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed Pivotree's high standards of quality and excellence while staying within budget.

Program Managers take complete ownership of their projects by independently developing smart and efficient solutions, managing deliveries, and working with execution teams to ensure client expectations are satisfied and all departmental performance metrics—both financial and otherwise—are met.
