Amazon Grocery Logistics is seeking a Program Manager to join the Employee Experience Team.

As a Program Manager on the Employee Experience Team, you will be responsible for originating and executing projects dedicated to improving employee job satisfaction at all levels across the Worldwide AGL space. An ideal candidate will be driving new programs to help Amazon become Earth’s Best Employer across multiple roles within the AGL network. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done. You will be able to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and then deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
