JP Events and Deal mission is to delight customers by creating shopping Events with seasonal, socio-cultural and personal relevance, positioning Amazon as the best place for customers to shop and for selling partners to sell. We aim to be more efficient while delivering these. JP marketing team is looking for a talented Program Manager to define core event objectives, drive key strategic programs and mechanisms and improve operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
• Define core event objectives and support execution of strategic programs and operations.
• Collaborate with a team of diverse stakeholders (Operations, Delivery Experience, Retail, finance) to define experimentation roadmap and comprehensive list of key input metrics to achieve event goals
• Analyze performance data, customer metrics, and financial impact to inform event strategy and cross-functional planning.
