As the Program Management - Subcontract Manager (Manager - Subcontracts), you will lead a high‑performing group of 4‑6 subcontract managers who solve material‑flow challenges in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll own the end‑to‑end process—from anticipating shortages and driving mitigation strategies, to delivering supply‑chain metrics that inform senior leadership and shaping the future of our program.
