PMO Lead / Head of PMO – Local Authority Transformation

develop are working with their London based local authority client to source a Head of PMO to support a high-profile transformation portfolio. This role forms part of a broader organisational change programme driven by recent political and strategic developments within the council.

You will play a pivotal role in establishing and embedding programme governance, delivery frameworks, and PMO best practices across a complex and diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and ongoing management of PMO frameworks and governance structures
• Drive consistency and best practice across large-scale transformation programmes
