**Description:**
You will be the Program Integrator, Skunk Works, Innovation, Mobility for the Skunk Works, Innovation, Mobility Improvements and Derivatives (I&D) operation which is responsible for driving integrated program execution across cutting‑edge aerospace initiatives.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Program Integrator, Skunk Works, Innovation, Mobility you will be responsible for providing comprehensive program oversight and ensuring that milestones, deliverables, and infrastructure meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and maintain program baselines, tracking cost, schedule, and earned‑value performance.
+ Lead risk and opportunity management to safeguard project milestones and outcomes.
+ Support Program Managers and multi‑functional teams in day‑to‑day execution and annual planning.
+ Manage continuous‑improvement projects, employee engagements, executive communications, and customer events.
