Position is full time and grant funded for 5 years


Responsibilities


+ Oversight for adoption and sustained integration of the nursing care delivery model and interdisciplinary model of care.

+ Oversight of the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model

+ Oversees data & NDQI reporting, data analysis & Interpretation and dissemination

+ Assures that nursing practice is evidence based


Requirements


+ NYS Registered Nurse License unencumbered

+ MSN Required

+ Management experience 3-5 years

+ Shared Governance experience

+ Magnet or Pathway to Excellence experience

+ Professional certification in a related specialty of willingness to obtain with in 3 years of hire.
