Unity House of Troy has an opening for a Program Director for our 14th Street Community Residence program. This program serves individuals living with mental illness.

Responsibilities:
+ Management of a 24/7 staffed transitional residential program site serving between 8-12 individuals.
+ Provide direct supervision of (1) Assistant Program Director, (2-3) Case Managers, and all staff covering evening and weekend shifts.
+ Indirect supervision of all awake overnight and Per Diem staff.
+ Effectively manage staff through training, development, staff meetings and communication.
+ Promote staff career development and monitor progress through the coaching model.
+ Direct oversight of 8-12 case records.
