Under the supervision of the Director ofOperational Excellence, THE Program Coordinator is responsible for operational
management, coordination between internal and external stakeholders and
ensuring compliance with contractual requirements related to the program. He/she
carries out follow-ups related to the Federal Incentive Program (ITC) to ensure
consistency and standardization in on-site processes and within the
organization.
