Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties are customary for this position but are not to be construed as all-inclusive. Duties may be added, deleted and assigned based on management discretion and institutional needs.
+ Oversee the remaining loans within the Federal Perkins Loan portfolio
+ Work with collection agencies for Perkins Loan and past due tuition accounts
+ Maintain obligations on the Banner student system
+ Maintain postponement, cancellation, hardship and deferment forms in compliance with Federal regulations as well as processing the forms for the Federal Perkin Loan Program
+ Communicate with other staff, students and the public
+ Collect past due tuition and other accounts including developing, implementing and maintaining the pre-collect process for the University, coor...
