- Oversee the planning, assessment, and monitoring of the healthcare program to ensure optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with external vendors for transportation and courier arrangements.
- Coordinate with various departments to schedule appointments and services requested by clinicalstaff.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Provide financial counseling to patients and their next of kin regarding estimated bills, available subsidies, and payment options.
- Assist patients in completing payment forms and ensure proper documentation while following up on all cases until discharge.
- Generate reports from the EMR system and ensure timely data import into relevant channels for clinical team access.
