Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the development and success of the Computer Networking and Cybersecurity program and the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems program. The primary goal of this position is to manage and advance each program's curriculum, its faculty, and student success outcomes. This position is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing institution in a leadership capacity.
Responsibilities Faculty Oversight & Leadership
+ Recruit, evaluate, retain, mentor, and engage faculty to ensure there are sufficient and qualified instructors for all courses falling under the scope of both programs.
+ Routinely assess faculty performance and provide guidance and plans for improvement.
+ Develop and execute faculty development programs, including onboarding for new faculty.
+ Hold regular meetings with faculty to review relevant policies, procedures, and initiatives.
