USC Department of Anesthesiology, Program of Nurse Anesthesia is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic graduate-level program. This individual will play a key role in coordinating administrative functions, supporting student clinical scheduling, and ensuring efficient program operations in collaboration with faculty and staff.



Essential job duties include, but are not limited to:
+ Coordinate and manage nurse anesthesia student rotation schedules.
+ Collaborate with the clinical site on student credentialing
+ Maintain and track student case logs and related documentation
+ Organize and prepare application files for program admission
+ Coordinate admission, orientation, and graduation processes
