**Harborview Medical Centerβs Mental Health and Addiction Services program** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Program Assistant.**
**WORK SCHEDULE**
+ Per-Diem
+ Day Shift
**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Maintain records, files, and statistical data for program operations.
+ Prepare narrative and statistical reports for program activities.
+ Ensure compliance with data reporting requirements for program contracts.
+ Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
+ Serve as the primary support contact for case managers and mental health practitioners.
+ Perform data entry in Epic Care and manage QI data.
+ Utilize spreadsheet, database, and graphics software for reporting and presentations.
+ Manage forms, correspondence, and assigned projects while ensuring confidentiality.
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ High school graduation or equivalent AND Two years of clerical experience...
