Summary This position is assigned the organizational title of Workforce Analyst and reports to the Suspensory Program Analyst. The primary function is to provide administrative support to senior staff and supervisory personnel through data collection, analysis, reporting, project management, workforce management and customer relations management. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Utilizes qualitative and quantitative techniques to recommend improvements in the processes and/or procedures to enhance operations Performs monitoring of productivity related issues to meet prescribed metrics Manages all activities around accurate and timely time-keeping processes, to include entering schedules, modifying schedules, and certification of records for all division staff Advises management on the distribution of work among positions and organizations and the appropriate staffing levels and skills mix Provides direct feedback on staffing requirements, workload projections, sc...
