The primary purpose of this position, Program Analyst, GS-0343-12, is to serve as program analyst for the detachment Resource Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative, responsible for long-term programming, planning, budgeting, and execution of detachment resources in support of multiple developmental and operational assessment programs. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and coordinates the planning, programming and budget activities of the detachment, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to meet Air Force and MAJCOM requirements. Actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus strategic resource planning tools and techniques.
