Summary About the Position: This position is located in the Operations Division of the Mobile District. The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst responsible for a wide range of analytical, planning, and evaluation functions for key District programs. The incumbent is responsible for the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of complex programs and operations, and the development of recommendations to enhance efficiency and achieve mission objectives. Responsibilities Lead complex management and program analysis studies. Extract and analyze workforce data from automated personnel systems. Produce executive-level reports with charts, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations.
