The Opportunity

Reporting to the Program Manager, Test & Validate, the Program Analyst provides integrated analytical and decision support across a complex portfolio of programs. The role combines business analysis and program coordination to develop executive briefs, decision decks, governance artifacts, while ensuring accurate data, structured insights, and alignment with program scope, milestones, and funding requirements. The Program Analyst monitors performance, identifies risks and variances, and strengthens overall program communication, visibility and control.
