The Division of Programs in Business at the NYU School of Professional Studies (SPS) is seeking a Program Administrator who will m anage day-to-day administrative functions of the Integrated Marketing and Communications continuing education program(s) and special projects, and relationship development with corporate/executive/trade partners and potential partners. Meet departmental needs including assisting with the development of continuing education (CE) program office policies and procedures and special projects. Oversee CE adjunct faculty appointment and payment. Resolve faculty issues or concerns related to continuing education program(s). Specifically, address questions around NYUSPS policies and procedures, course scheduling, course preparation, etc. Analyze faculty and course data, produce detailed faculty and course reports, and provide recommendations for course and faculty needs across the continuing education program(s).
